My coaching approach is relational and holistic. I aim to build and sustain trust-based relationships with my clients and support them in utilising their inherent potential for change. Through working in the inquiry mode I help my clients to become more aware of how they relate to others in their organisations and aim at serving as a catalyst in their change process.

I specialise in helping Senior Executives and Board Members to:

- improve relationships within their team, build effective communication and develop their team members;

- expand their repertoire of leadership styles and enhance personal impact;

- clarify their values and purpose and align them with their business challenges;
