I support my clients in discovering what is right for them and shaping their relationships, both in their personal and professional contexts.
Background
I have more than 20 years of professional experience in Leadership Development, Change Consulting, HR and Finance. I started my career in Accounting and Auditing with PricewaterhouseCoopers (qualifying as ACCA) and subsequently held a senior managerial position in the finance department of Comstar Telecommunications.
In 2004 I decided to make a radical change in my career and pursue my dream of working in people development. I joined the Learning & Development department of PricewaterhouseCoopers, subsequently rising to become the leader of Talent Management and Executives’ Development for the Central & Eastern European Assurance practice of the firm, also working as a personal coach for the firm’s senior leadership executives.
I subsequently held an executive board position as the Vice President in charge of Human Capital for Renaissance Insurance Group.
Following my corporate career I co-founded a consulting and coaching practice, APiC Partners in Change, in 2010.
Although my practice is based in the UK, in the Cotswolds and in London, I work globally.
